Why this product exists

Trade businesses don't lose money because they can't do the work. They lose it in the admin gap: the extra power point that never made the invoice, the scope change agreed at the boot of the ute and never written down, the quote that went out four days late because it needed a quiet evening that never came.

Big job-management suites answer this with more software to operate — more screens, more fields, more discipline required at exactly the moment a tradie has the least time. We took the opposite bet: meet the tradie at the rough note. If capturing the detail takes ten seconds of talking, it actually happens. Everything else — the structure, the professional English, the GST wording — is Timmy's problem.

The principles Timmy is built on

• Capture beats perfection. A rough note taken on site is worth more than a perfect document written never.
• Never invent facts. When an important detail is missing (a price, a customer, a scope item), Timmy asks rather than making it up.
• The tradie stays in charge. Nothing is sent automatically. Every quote, variation and follow-up is a draft the user reviews, edits and shares themselves. Prices come from the user and stay editable. Timmy structures the work and wording; it does not invent amounts.
• Speak how you speak. English, Chinese or both — professional English comes out the other end.
• Claims must be checkable. No fake testimonials, no invented statistics — on this website or anywhere else.

TradieCue is operated by Flownetic Consulting (FLOWNETIC CONSULTING PTY LTD). Support is handled directly by the team behind the product at support@flowneticconsulting.com.

Where the product is at

TradieCue is live on the App Store for iPhone, priced as a straightforward subscription through Apple. It's early, deliberately focused software: quotes, variations, job notes and payment follow-ups, done properly. A crew workspace foundation is in the works; full crew management isn't shipped yet, and we'd rather say that plainly than pretend.
