Common things, solved faster
- How-to questions: the help centre covers getting started, Timmy, paperwork, privacy and billing.
- Subscriptions and refunds: billing runs through Apple. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone; refunds go through Apple's report-a-problem.
- Account deletion or data export: available in the app under Settings, or email us and we'll process the request.
- Something on this website is wrong or out of date: tell us — this site only publishes verified product facts, and we treat corrections as bugs.
